How can I change my profile name?
You set your profile name (whether you are an individual or an organisation) when you create your account. Once your account is live it can't be changed. If you want a different profile, please create a new account.
How can I change the email address associated with my account?
Log into Spacehive and go to your My Account page.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
You can request a password reset at the bottom of the log in page.
How do I change my password?
Log into your account and go to My Account Details.
Can I log in using my Facebook account?
Yes. You can sign in with Facebook using the "Facebook log in" button under the log in heading.
How do I disconnect my Facebook account?
Log into your Facebook account, then go into your account settings; click on Apps; then delete "Spacehive" from the list.
How do I delete my account?
Click here to email our accounts team who will delete your account within 24 hours.
