Hi! My name is Keith Kinghorn and I am Parks Development Officer for Vision RCL (Redbridge Culture and Leisure), working in partnership with London Borough of Redbridge to manage the boroughs parks and open spaces.
I have spent many hours conducting a survey with the dog walkers of Ray Park and was inspired by their very positive response to the idea of a dog agility area being set up in the park.
Project Promoters drive the campaign to make their vision a reality. They are usually different to the Project Delivery Manager, whose role is to receive and spend funds raised and ensure the project is delivered as promised.
